Hi! My name is Kathleen Rand and I am a DONA International trained birth doula, and proud mama of one wild and beautiful boy!
The birth of my son was one of the most empowering and transformative experiences of my life. Through letting go and surrendering into the birth process I welcomed my son to the world in what I believe to be the most peaceful and loving ways. More than this, I also realized how powerful and strong this gift of surrender was.
I was immediately impassioned to be a presence and hand holder for women who want to birth their own way and I am here to tell you that you can have this too! I want to support you to design your birth and own it in anyway you desire. It is time to step into the most empowered moments of your life as a woman and a mother!
I am deeply passionate about the beauty, vibrance and empowerment of women through pregnancy and birth.
I believe (and studies repeatedly display that) the presence of a supportive birth doula dramatically increases the positive and empowered transformation of a woman to a mother.
